Yes, those irritating bits that you don't want to read!

Children - We do not have a children's menu, we find younger children are happy to sample some of Mum and Dad's meal. Quiet, well-behaved children are most welcome but we prefer the younger ones to be away by 7:30 as most of our customers are older and looking for a quiet meal with a bottle of wine!     We have no space for high chairs or buggies, sorry.

Credit Cards - We do not accept ANY credit or debit cards. Payment by cash or cheque (with card) only.

Large Groups - We will not seat any group larger than 6 people. There are several reasons for this: our largest table seats 6, we have a 6 burner cooker, just enough space to lay out 6 plates in our very small kitchen which contains 1 chef and 0 assistants. We do not put tables together for large groups for all the reasons above, plus it tends to spoil the evening for other diners.  Please respect this .

Smoking - As with all other enclosed premises, smoking is not permitted by law.  If it is necessary to smoke, please stand well away from any buildings or doorways and dispose of your cigarette ends thoughtfully.

Sale of Alcohol - No under 18's are to consume alcohol on the premises. If you look under 21, we will ask you for suitable photo ID with the PASS hologram before we will serve you.
